Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Delivery Manager role, based in Gütersloh, involves taking responsibility for strategically important IT infrastructure projects within a dynamic global environment. The core focus is ensuring agreed Service Levels (SLAs) by managing complex service delivery processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, adhering strictly to ITIL standards. Day-to-day activities include planning and implementing infrastructure projects, such as network, server, and firewall replacements, and coordinating internal and external partners to manage timelines and expectations successfully. Success requires a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, proven experience in service delivery (3+ years), and exceptional stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills to maintain oversight and deliver results, even under time pressure.

Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in IT Service Delivery or IT Support roles
  • Professional experience with project responsibility
  • Professional experience with IT infrastructure knowledge
