Required Skills

Education

University degree or vocational training in Psychology, Instructional Design, Media/Communications, Pedagogy, or a business/IT-related degree (e.g., Business Informatics) with relevant L&D experience.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in creating digital learning content, instructional design, or e-learning development
  • Practical experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven track record in translating complex technical or IT topics into user-friendly learning materials
  • Experience in coordinating with internal subject matter experts and external training providers
