Job Summary
This role involves detailed process and resource planning for Body-in-White (BiW) manufacturing projects, including the design and specification of equipment, tooling, and robotics technology (welding tongs, grippers). The planner will independently manage and steer sub-projects through realization, create and maintain joining sequences and layouts, and ensure economic efficiency through variant analysis. You will participate in cross-site working committees, representing technical topics related to digital planning, and contribute to the creation of tender documents and process documentation. Key requirements include an Engineering degree in fields like Automation Technology or Mechanical Engineering, several years of relevant professional experience, and fluency in both German and English. The position is attractive due to the opportunity to work on demanding industrial solutions for major clients and offers high job security through an unlimited contract.
Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of an Engineering degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Automation Technology, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
