Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, for innovative clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving IT-related incidents, installing and configuring hardware and software, and managing network systems and security protocols. A key part of the job is providing training and support to end-users on various IT issues.
