Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious (Junior) Test Manager looking to drive technological innovation within the automotive industry, working on complex development projects for renowned OEMs and suppliers. The core responsibilities involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring all system test activities based on defined requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing system-level test strategies and plans (SYS.4), preparing and executing test cases for system and integration tests, and coordinating with interface partners (SYS.2, SWE.6). A key aspect is utilizing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing, applying Vector tools for analysis and automation, and ensuring compliance with ASPICE process requirements. Candidates should possess an Engineering degree in fields like Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and bring experience in system test planning, execution, and control, along with proficiency in specialized tools like CANoe and vTestStudio.
