The core responsibility involves the complete lifecycle development and improvement of immunological rapid tests and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), specifically utilizing Lateral Flow Technology. A critical daily task is ensuring meticulous documentation and quality assurance, guaranteeing that all development processes strictly comply with the latest regulatory standards, particularly the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation (IVDR). Candidates must hold a completed degree in Natural Sciences, such as Biology, and ideally possess several years of professional experience in rapid test development. Proficiency in both German and English is required, coupled with a methodical and conscientious approach to work.
