Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated engineer focused on ensuring technical safety and compliance within industrial and nuclear facilities. The core responsibilities include generating detailed qualification reports, expert opinions, and technical statements concerning electrical and control systems (Leittechnik). You will conduct feasibility studies, qualify products and components according to stringent national and international standards, and analyze complex technical requirements while assessing associated risks. A significant part of the job involves specialized topics such as Functional Safety (IEC 61508), Explosive Protection, CE Conformity, and Cybersecurity. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field and relevant professional experience, coupled with fluent German and very good English skills. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in at least one of the described technical fields (Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or IT)
  • Knowledge of national and international standards, particularly in Functional Safety, CE Conformity, Explosive Protection, or IT Security
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary projects and technical committees
