Job Summary

The Dortmund branch of the BLB NRW, managing one of Europe's largest public real estate portfolios, is seeking a Building Manager for the Correctional Facilities Real Estate Management department. This role is crucial for ensuring the technical operational readiness and compliance of justice facilities, including prisons and juvenile detention centers, aligning with the state's goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2030. Day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing technical building management, steering service providers, and ensuring operator responsibility through software-supported maintenance plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in technical fields like Facility Management or Engineering, or a Master/Technician qualification with substantial relevant professional experience.
