This role is for a Project Coordinator with a focus on system administration within the finance department of the Ebersberg district. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects in the financial sector, including creating project plans and reports, and actively participating in finance-related projects. A key aspect of the role involves the technical support and ongoing development of financial software, such as Infoma newsystem kommunal, workflow management, and business intelligence tools. This includes master data maintenance, user administration, data analysis, and documentation. The position also requires providing training and support to users, and contributing to budget planning, annual financial statements, and process optimization. Required Skills

Education

Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or Civil Servant (Beamter) of the third qualification level in Administration and Finance (non-technical administrative service), OR a Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, OR a Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in Administrative Informatics.

Experience

  • Professional experience with Infoma or comparable municipal financial systems (advantageous)
  • Experience with municipal budget law (Doppik) and public accounting
