Job Summary
The Landkreis Ebersberg, located east of Munich, is seeking a dedicated Controlling Specialist to join its Central and Education department. This role involves comprehensive financial controlling for various departments, including creating detailed analyses, forecasts, and reports based on cost centers and cost units. You will be responsible for preparing annual plans and financial statements using cost and performance accounting, conducting variance analyses, and performing profitability calculations. Additionally, you will lead controlling discussions, compare performance using standardized metrics, and advise organizational units on investments and personnel planning. This position offers an engaging and varied scope of work, promoting professional development within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Certified Administrative Specialist (BL II), Civil Servant of the third qualification level in Administration and Finance (non-technical administrative service), or a completed degree in Business Administration (Dipl. FH or Bachelor)
Experience
- Professional experience in controlling or financial management
- Experience in creating analyses, forecasts, and reports
- Experience with cost and performance accounting
