Job Summary

This role places you at the critical intersection of chemical development, production, and process optimization within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve actively shaping pharmaceutical processes, including new introductions, optimizations, commissioning, and validation efforts. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing development and production batches, engaging in proactive troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis to ensure sustainable process improvements. A key component of the job is rigorous documentation, including creating and revising manufacturing documents (HVs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as managing change control processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree, ideally a PhD, in Organic Chemistry or a related field, possesses profound knowledge of organic/solid-phase chemistry and purification technologies, and has experience working in a production environment.
