Job Summary

This highly visible role places the engineer at the center of System-on-Chip (SoC) design efforts, contributing directly to future generations of revolutionary Apple products. The core responsibility involves leading complete Design for Test (DfT) solutions, which includes detailing DfT specifications, defining the SoC test interface, and developing DfT architecture. The engineer will generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve coverage, and collaborate extensively with validation, design, and testing teams. Success requires deep expertise in industrial DfT standards, including ATPG, JTAG/1500 debug, and MBIST, along with the ability to balance test quality and test time.
