Job Summary
This role is for an IT Administrator responsible for managing the central IT infrastructure within the administration department of a youth welfare organization, working 38.5 hours weekly on an indefinite contract. Key responsibilities include comprehensive network administration across Windows Server On-Premises and Linux Server farm environments, specifically managing Terminal Server, Citrix, and VMWare systems. The administrator will also oversee firewall management, IT security, application installation (including Open Source solutions), and maintain crucial IT controlling functions such as reporting, documentation, and patch management. A core part of the job involves developing and maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS), coordinating with external IT service providers, and proactively contributing to the development of central systems. The ideal candidate must possess completed IT vocational training, proven professional experience, and strong service-oriented communication skills. The position offers meaningful work, flexible hours, and attractive compensation based on the TV DN tariff agreement.
