Job Summary

This temporary project role focuses on the commercialization and extension of a novel, cost-effective nanoAR coating method, which mimics the nanometer-scaled moth eye structure for anti-reflection applications. The successful candidate will drive the development of new fabrication processes for materials such as CaF₂, sapphire, and BK glass, and implement anti-contamination solutions for nanostructures. Key responsibilities include applying physics-based simulations to support process development, creating new application cases, and working closely with industry partners in the fields of lasers, imaging cameras, and display technologies. This position requires strong experimental skills, a background in physics or material science, and excellent communication in English, offering a unique opportunity to transition cutting-edge nanotechnology research into commercially viable, large-volume industrial applications.
