Job Summary

This role involves supporting scientific departments and service units at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research, managing an environment with over 1,000 end devices. As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of computer hardware, peripherals, and network components, as well as operating systems and various software products. Beyond technical setup, you will manage the procurement of hardware and software and organize maintenance and repair tasks.
