Job Summary

The SWIFT Implementation Manager plays a critical role in customer onboarding by collaborating closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients, offering continuous support and consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle. This position provides an engaging learning environment focused on financial services, SWIFT solutions, and large-scale implementation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end onboarding process, defining requirements, contributing to project planning, and ensuring project deliverables meet defined standards with a focus on efficiency and quality. The manager is responsible for creating solution designs, configuring SWIFT applications (e.g., Services, Profiles, Endpoints), installing service components (FinMApp, DTM), and supporting multiple simultaneous projects. Key qualifications include a degree in IT or Finance, excellent knowledge of national and international payment traffic, and negotiation-level fluency in both German and English.
