Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Second Level IT Support Specialist focused on deep troubleshooting and finding sustainable solutions within complex IT infrastructures. You are expected to look beyond temporary workarounds to identify the genuine root cause of technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer communication via various channels (phone, ticket, remote, and on-site), ensuring smooth workflows, and providing application management, integration, and infrastructure development support. The specialist will also contribute to exciting IT projects tailored to their personal strengths and interests. Candidates should possess formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Client and Server environments, and excellent German communication skills for customer support. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working arrangements (including remote options), 33 days of annual leave, and a strong commitment to professional development, dedicating 10% of work time to training.
