Job Summary

This role involves executing precise measurements on individual components and assemblies within the automotive sector, utilizing both CNC and manually controlled measuring machines. The Measurement Technician will be responsible for setting up gauges and fixtures, creating detailed measurement programs and test reports, and conducting component testing on tools, articles, and milled parts. A critical part of the job is the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of measurement data, followed by communication of these findings to production areas to ensure quality standards are met. Candidates should possess a technical educational background, professional experience in measurement technology, preferably within the automotive field, and strong quality awareness. Familiarity with the Delcam measurement program and good MS Office skills are beneficial, alongside a willingness to contribute actively to quality assurance processes by interpreting technical drawings and CAD datasets.
