Job Summary

This role is centered on the programming and development of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software, specifically focusing on safety controls and utilizing platforms such as Siemens SIMATIC S7 and TIA Portal. A core responsibility involves creating and developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) visualizations using software solutions like WinCC and iFIX. The programmer will be crucial in implementing complex system networking using various fieldbus protocols, including Profinet, Profibus, and ASi-Bus. Day-to-day tasks include commissioning machinery and systems at customer sites, performing detailed fault analysis, planning and processing automation orders, and providing remote customer service support. Candidates should possess a strong educational background in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with professional programming experience in the required controller environments and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
