Job Summary
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital customer communication by managing and strategically developing the Omnichannel Platform. You will combine operational oversight, including steering communication flows (routing, service levels) and monitoring platform performance, with strategic involvement in digitalization projects and the implementation of the future Omnichannel strategy. A core function involves executing technical and functional platform adjustments, acting as the crucial interface between IT, specialist departments, and service providers, and training internal users. Candidates must hold a relevant degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Communication Management) or possess equivalent professional experience, coupled with expertise in Contact Center systems and a high technical understanding of routing processes. The position is attractive due to its high degree of flexibility (up to 80% mobile work), excellent compensation, and generous vacation allowance, offering a chance to drive significant digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Communication Management; or certified Business Economist qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field (required if degree is not in specified areas)
- Professional experience in managing Contact Center systems, Workforce Management, or digital platforms
- Experience in steering operational communication flows and platform performance monitoring
- Experience working as an interface between IT, specialist departments, and service providers
