Job Summary
This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of a diverse system landscape, focusing heavily on customer-facing IT support. The IT Technician will be responsible for processing support tickets efficiently under defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), troubleshooting and resolving incidents within 1st and 2nd Level Support, and escalating complex issues as necessary. Daily duties also include managing customer inquiries received via phone, email, and in-person at the customer desk, maintaining accurate asset data, and supporting various IT projects. Successful candidates will possess strong knowledge of Windows and Office environments, advanced familiarity with standard hardware, and excellent communication skills. A Class B driver's license is required, and preference is given to candidates residing in the Southern Hamburg region, which constitutes the primary customer area.
