Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and advancing the professional, organizational, and legal quality of services within the Youth Services Division. The Coordinator is tasked with developing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards, potentially incorporating elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) and EFQM, while adhering to specific German social law (§§78 and 79a SGB VIII). Key responsibilities include evaluating existing processes, consulting with department heads to define quality goals, metrics, and standards in cooperation with specialist controlling, and drafting concepts and necessary documentation for youth welfare planning. Candidates must possess specific public administration or comparable management qualifications. This is a permanent, full-time position (suitable for part-time) offering public sector benefits and flexible working arrangements.

Qualification for the General Administrative Career Track, First Entry Level of Career Group 2 (General Administration or Administrative Business Administration degree) OR Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in Public Administration (e.g., Administrative Economics) or a comparable degree (e.g., Administrative Management) OR Successful completion of the Employee Training Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II)
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management or process development
- Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience in consulting leadership on quality-related issues
