Job Summary

This role seeks a creative E-Learning Specialist and Content Developer to join a dynamic team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning, development, and maintenance of engaging E-Learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and updating E-Learning content, simplifying complex subjects for learners, and planning/editing thematic videos. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and implementing various multimedia materials (video, image) and conceptually advancing the usability and design of the virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design, professional experience in E-Learning or a comparable role, and excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies. This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and the opportunity to work with modern tools and flat hierarchies.
