Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the climate neutrality goals of state properties within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on the technical management of a diverse portfolio including university buildings, correctional facilities, and historic castles across several districts. The Master Craftsman or Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and repair management of technical building equipment (TGA). Key day-to-day duties include overseeing maintenance and repair, commissioning and monitoring statutory inspections, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and advising building managers on operations and operator responsibility. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Facility Management), demonstrate extensive technical knowledge, and exhibit self-reliance, economic responsibility, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach. Required Skills

Education
