This role, based in Konstanz or Rottweil, involves crucial financial and administrative support for state properties and construction projects across several districts. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the procurement process for construction and engineering services, managing budget allocations, and handling complex tax reporting for public commercial entities (BgA). The successful candidate will also serve as Deputy Budget Officer. Key requirements include a university degree in Public Finance or Public Management, comprehensive expertise in administrative finance, and a proactive, responsible approach to work. Experience with German regulatory frameworks like VOB and HOAI, and SAP knowledge are beneficial.
