Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to ensure the quality and integrity of high-performance hydraulic components, such as cylinders and dampers, manufactured by Liebherr-Components Kirchdorf GmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing various NDT procedures, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), on components and weld connections. The technician will meticulously evaluate results against strict norms and customer specifications, document findings, and generate official test protocols. They will also collaborate closely with production and welding technology teams to support quality decisions. Success in this position requires a completed technical education, preferably as a Material Tester or Industrial Mechanic, coupled with practical experience in quality testing of welded or machined parts. Candidates should ideally hold certification in VT, MT, and UT according to DIN EN ISO 9712 and be proficient in using testing devices, measuring instruments, and relevant ERP/CAQ systems.
