Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the P&I Loga HR management system for the City of Fürth's Personnel Department. Key responsibilities include managing system modules, specifically implementing electronic time recording and shift-based personnel deployment planning. The administrator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation and digital training materials, managing system settings, coordinating patch installations, and resolving system-side errors in collaboration with the software vendor. The ideal candidate must possess either a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or a completed qualification as an IT Specialist, coupled with strong service orientation, reliability, and excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth operation and development of critical HR systems.
