Job Summary

This role involves managing the construction, maintenance, and renovation of public properties, primarily schools and administrative buildings, for the Ebersberg district. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing projects across all phases (1-9) of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards for public construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing external contractors, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling budget planning, and implementing necessary operator responsibilities for the properties. This position requires a degree in Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering (Structural/Building Construction), or a comparable technical field, along with significant professional experience, strong knowledge of German construction and procurement law, and fluency in German.
