Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position is crucial for managing the construction, maintenance, and refurbishment of public properties, including schools and administrative buildings, for the Ebersberg district. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, independently managing projects across all service phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Key responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards for public construction projects, coordinating external contractors, handling procurement decisions, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance of exterior facilities and sports fields.
