Job Summary

This role involves managing and implementing quality assurance methods for production projects within an international high-tech defense company specializing in missile systems near Augsburg. The Manufacturing Quality Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of contractual quality requirements, approving products based on inspection specifications, and participating in supplier and product audits, including the generation of 8D reports. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant engineering field (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) coupled with a qualification in Quality Management and Assurance. Expertise in national and international quality standards (like DIN EN 9100, AQAPs, FMEA, V-Model) and proficiency with SAP Q-Module and MS Office are essential, along with an ISO 9001 or EN 9100 Auditor certification.
