Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to become a certified expert examiner in railway control and safety technology (LST) within DB InfraGO AG. The position involves an intensive, tailored training program leading to certification as an Expert Examiner for Partial Acceptance Testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing partial acceptance tests on LST systems, providing technical guidance to assistant examiners, and ensuring the quality of their work. You will also contribute to strategic concepts for modernizing and expanding the rail network, conduct suitability assessments for operational staff, and provide expert input during operational disruptions affecting safety or reliability. This position is critical for maintaining the safety and sustainability of Germany's railway infrastructure, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a willingness to work flexibly, including nights and weekends.
