IT Operations Engineer | IT-Ingenieur Operations (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to drive technological advancement within a dynamic environment. The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of IT input channels, organizing and leading task forces during disruptions, and managing the lifecycle of Incident and Problem tickets. Key daily activities include preparing and conducting production status meetings, creating Incident Management Reports (IMR), and ensuring seamless status handovers to international units, such as in Singapore. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with strong knowledge of IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira, and proven experience applying ITIL standards in incident management. This position requires participation in early and late shifts, as well as on-call duty, making excellent organizational skills and fluent English communication essential.
