Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Technical Site Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects within Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of all project measures, managing external service providers and internal teams, conducting on-site monitoring, and performing technical inspections of existing facilities. A crucial element is close collaboration with clients and partners to develop sustainable technical solutions. Candidates should possess a completed degree or advanced qualification (Master Craftsman/Certified Technician) in Electrical or Building Technology, coupled with extensive professional experience in building or energy technology. While leadership and project management experience are desirable, they are not mandatory prerequisites.
