Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite support for a leading German IT service provider, managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include installing and servicing notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and hardware, and meticulously documenting all support activities using ticket systems. The specialist will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations and participating in larger IT rollouts and migration projects. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or comparable experience, strong proficiency in Windows OS, standard software, and Active Directory, excellent German language skills, and a Class B driving license.
