The ideal candidate holds a university degree (Diploma or Master's) in Facility Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, and possesses official recognition as an inspection expert for technical systems under building law. Professional experience in the planning or execution of complex TGA projects is highly desirable. This position requires strong communication skills, assertiveness, a pragmatic and service-oriented approach, and a willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork within the assigned region, making a valid driver's license essential.
