Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for end-to-end site management, from setup through completion, ensuring quality standards are met by coordinating subcontractors and managing project stakeholders. A key focus is on safety, requiring the creation of hazard assessments and HSE documentation, while also supporting commissioning and project management teams during handover. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with an electrical background and experience in plant construction, who is passionate about sustainable energy solutions and willing to travel extensively (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.
