Job Summary

As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality and safety standards from inception to final handover. You will act as a key technical advisor for service partners and manage critical HSE documentation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in electrical engineering and medium-voltage systems who enjoys field-based work. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering. Ideally includes further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field
Proven experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering
Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing site safety protocols (UVV/HSE)

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for 4-5 days per week is required. Authorization for medium-voltage switching is preferred.
