Job Summary

Join INTILION AG, a leader in sustainable energy storage solutions, as a Site Manager for Electrical Engineering, actively contributing to the energy transition. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the complete planning and supervision of large-scale energy storage installations at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating subcontractors, rigorously ensuring quality standards, managing project handovers, and strictly enforcing accident prevention regulations, including creating hazard assessments. You will also collaborate with service partners on system maintenance. To succeed, you must possess a background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician, ideally supplemented by advanced training or a degree in Electrical Engineering. Critical experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems, is essential. This position offers significant autonomy with flexible work models, home office capability, and a company car for private use, though it requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region.
