This role involves leading and overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems, managing projects from initial site setup through to final acceptance and handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous planning, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring stringent quality standards are met across all construction sites, and managing communication among all project stakeholders. A critical component of the job is maintaining safety by enforcing accident prevention regulations, creating hazard assessments, and developing project-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, extensive experience in site management—especially in plant construction—and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems.
