Join a growing technology company specializing in high-quality LED lighting systems for industry and commerce as a Technical Support Specialist in Kiefersfelden. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and documenting incoming support tickets, analyzing technical issues, and coordinating closely with the product development team. A key part of your daily activities involves communicating with the sales team, customers, and partners to find solutions and ensure follow-up. You will also assist with internal testing, error analysis, and product optimization efforts.
