Job Summary
The tempLED GmbH, a developer and producer of high-quality LED lighting systems for industry and commerce, is seeking an engaged Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Oppurg. This role is crucial for managing incoming technical support tickets, documenting issues, and coordinating closely with the Product Development team to analyze technical queries. Day-to-day tasks involve heavy communication with the internal sales team, as well as external customers and partners, to find solutions and ensure follow-up. The specialist will also assist with internal testing, error analysis, and product optimization efforts. The ideal candidate possesses technical understanding, preferably an electrical engineering or IT background, and demonstrates a structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or comparable qualification (Advantageous)
Experience
- Professional experience showing technical understanding and interest in innovative lighting systems
- Experience with customer contact and service-oriented demeanor
Languages
