Job Summary

This role is for an Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, tasked with leading and optimizing operations for a prominent real estate developer and asset holder in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operative leadership of a small assembly team, ensuring all health, safety, quality, energy, and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to and continuously improved. Key duties involve monitoring construction projects to ensure technical compliance and quality standards, developing production goals (KPIs), and managing costs and budgets effectively. A crucial part of the job involves driving continuous improvement and implementing Lean methodologies to optimize processes, workflows, and systems as part of a company-wide transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a Master Electrician or certified Technician qualification and relevant leadership experience in energy and building technology, coupled with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
