Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to oversee complex real estate projects for a major developer and portfolio holder specializing in logistics, commercial, residential, and urban district properties across Germany. The manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including meticulous tracking of progress, strict budget control, and project handover to the operations team. Key day-to-day activities involve leading project teams, commissioning systems, instructing operating personnel, managing subcontractor performance, and identifying and processing change orders (additional services). Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering and possess several years of relevant professional experience, particularly within the general contractor project environment.
