Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment contract via Franz & Wach, focusing on coordinating and implementing engineering changes within complex production environments. The technician will be responsible for managing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), including planning, coordination, task assignment, and timely implementation in collaboration with the Operations Product Leader. Key daily tasks involve creating and maintaining documentation, work plans, material master data, and bills of materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards (especially GMP/ISO 13485). The position requires a strong technical background in mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical fields, coupled with professional experience in regulated medical device production. Success in this role demands proactive stakeholder management, effective communication, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office to ensure smooth product manufacturing and timely completion of changes.
