Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Inhouse SAP HCM Specialist and Consultant to manage the maintenance, enhancement, and new development of functionalities within SAP HCM, covering both on-premise and specified cloud systems. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing HR processes, providing expert consultation, and conceptually designing and implementing legal and firm-specific solutions in close collaboration with internal departments. Key responsibilities include participating in and leading projects related to the introduction and coordination of new HR applications, and managing collaboration with external service providers in the HCM environment. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in relevant fields, long-term, profound experience implementing HR processes in SAP HCM, and familiarity with cloud-based HR applications. Success requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and fluency in German, complemented by good English skills. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly.
