Job Summary

This role as a Production Planner / Supply Chain Planner in the pharmaceutical sector involves crucial planning and control of semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical goods production, driven by market demands and capacity. The core function is ensuring continuous supply to patients by actively monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing production schedules and material availability within changing environments. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the entire value chain from order intake to delivery, organizing and leading planning meetings (local and global), and collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Global Supply Planning, Manufacturing, QA, and Brand Management. A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or IT, or relevant vocational training (e.g., Pharmacy, Logistics), combined with professional experience in manufacturing. Expertise in production planning, ideally within the GxP-regulated pharmaceutical industry, is essential. Fluency in both German and English, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) are required, with experience in SAP S/4HANA or planning tools like SAP APO being highly advantageous.
