Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks a skilled Technician to manage the maintenance, upkeep, and optimization of process engineering plants within the chemical industry. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of these critical systems through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and continuous monitoring to minimize downtime. A key part of the day-to-day work includes conducting detailed fault analyses and rapidly resolving malfunctions to maximize plant availability and optimize production processes. Furthermore, the technician will actively support the planning and implementation of technical projects, contributing expertise to the successful integration of new technologies and assisting with the installation and commissioning of new plants, ensuring safe and efficient start-up. Candidates must possess a technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, coupled with substantial professional experience in maintaining and repairing process engineering equipment and deep knowledge of chemical process and plant technology.
