Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of the energy transition as an Energy Systems Engineer. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, market partners, and installers regarding the grid connection and feed-in of decentralized energy generation systems. Daily responsibilities include processing connection requests, providing comprehensive technical and regulatory guidance from the grid operator's perspective, and effectively communicating complex energy industry contexts across various channels. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, and possesses strong analytical skills to clarify complex technical and legal issues. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute actively to team and departmental development through special projects. This position is suitable for professionals who are team-oriented, customer-focused, and fluent in German, looking to advance their career within an innovative energy sector organization, with the added flexibility of up to 80% remote work.

Required Skills

Education

Technical degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
