Job Summary

This R&D Product Developer role, located in Rüsselsheim, focuses on the innovation and optimization of products and systems primarily utilizing epoxies and polyurethanes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, including experimental planning, execution, and detailed documentation, ensuring technical, economic, and ecological viability. Key daily tasks involve supporting patent research, managing quality requirements for raw materials, and assisting in the critical process of scaling laboratory formulations up to full production capacity for both domestic and foreign subsidiaries. The role requires either a university degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or a combination of vocational training as a Chemical/Paint Laboratory Technician with advanced certification and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Experience specifically with reaction resin-based systems or coating formulation is highly advantageous, making this a crucial position for professionals looking to apply deep chemical knowledge in a manufacturing R&D setting.
