Job Summary

This role involves specialized project engineering and technical consulting within the field of Electrical Engineering for complex building projects, focusing on Technical Building Equipment (TGA). The successful candidate will advise clients, ensure planning content is economical and contract-compliant, and develop alternative supply concepts, presenting them clearly. Key responsibilities include creating cost calculations, building descriptions for TGA trades, and preparing tender documents, as well as planning and conducting bidder negotiations. Candidates must have a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, possess at least three years of professional experience in planning demanding construction projects, and demonstrate strong technical competence, understanding even non-trade-specific fundamentals.
